I recently had a chance to talk with Dr. Judy Sloop, Vice President of Customer Success at CentralReach.  We discussed how Dr. Sloop and her team ensures that customers have the support they need in order to maximize their use of the CentralReach practice management platform for ABA agencies.  Of particular note is the ability of CentralReach to receive ongoing feedback from customers, and quickly customize the platform to the unique challenges of particular agencies. We discuss how the process works across multiple areas of the platform including billing, clinical treatment, scheduling, and Human Resource management.
